What about combined shipping?
Because some of our items need to be shipped UPS and some USPS our ability to automate combined shipping is limited which is why many of our items offer Free shipping to avoid the hassle. But if you have selected multiple items with a flat shipping rate once we receive your order we will re-issue an updated invoice with the correct combined shipping amount; you should expect the updated invoice within 24 hours after placing your order. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How are items shipped?
Products are shipped either USPS regular mail or UPS. Currently we only ship within the United States and some larger items are only available to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). If you live outside of our shipping area please contact us for a shipping quote.
What if I need to return my item?
Please email us at rebecca@rebshart.com for a RA (Return Authorization). Once we recieve the item we will issue a refund of the purchase price in the same form of payment you originally made your purchase (i.e. PayPal, money order etc...). All return shipping costs are the responsiblity of the buyer
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are stated within each product description. Many items shipped within the contiguous Unites States (lower 48 states) are shipped free; each item description should provide that information.
